2. Estimates and Proposals
Estimates are provided based on information available at the time of the quote and may be subject to change after site inspection or scope adjustments. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Additional work requested or required beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
3. Scheduling and Access
Clients are responsible for providing site access and clear work areas before the scheduled start date.
Zeus Outdoor Services is not responsible for delays caused by weather, site conditions, or restricted access. We make every effort to complete projects on schedule, but timelines are estimates only.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of services.A deposit may be required before work begins. Late payments may be subject to fees or interest in accordance with local regulations.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a service charge.In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule your service for the next available date.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship.Plant materials are warranted for 30 days from installation unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover neglect, improper care, or damage caused by animals, weather, or vandalism. No warranty applies to materials supplied by the customer.
7. Liability
Zeus Outdoor Services is fully insured and takes every precaution to prevent damage. However, we are not liable for pre-existing issues, underground utilities not properly marked, or damages beyond our control. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any buried lines, irrigation systems, or private utilities before work begins.
8. Use of Website
All website content (text, images, and logos) is owned by Zeus Outdoor Services and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent. You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes or to attempt to disrupt its operation.
9. Termination of Services
Zeus Outdoor Services reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including unsafe site conditions, non-payment, or misuse of property.
